Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges

We offer FREE delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹799.

For prepaid orders below ₹799, a shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged.

Partial COD Available

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • A ₹120 advance payment is required to place a COD order.

  • The remaining order value must be paid at the time of delivery.

⚠️ Free shipping is not available on COD orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 days from the date of purchase, including processing time.

Most orders are delivered within 7 days, but in some locations it may take up to 10 days.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days depending on your location.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel and make payment (for COD orders).

  • For faster delivery and free shipping above ₹799, we recommend choosing prepaid payment.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:

  • Product is defective

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Missing product in the package

In these cases, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Be continuous and unedited (no cuts)

  • Clearly show outer packaging

  • Show shipping label with your address

  • Show opening of the package

  • Show product received inside

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process the claim.

Exceptional Returns

In rare cases, we may accept returns for other reasons. However, shipping charges will be applicable.
