Shipping policy

How much are the delivery charges?

We offer free delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹699. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged for prepaid orders.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are delivered within 5–10 days from the date of purchase, including processing time. While most orders arrive within 7 days, some may take up to 10 days.


📦 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers with the following terms:

✅ COD Availability

  • COD is offered only for serviceable pin codes as per courier coverage.

💰 COD Charges

  • A COD charges will be 120/- for all the orders and will added to your order total at checkout.

📦 Order Confirmation

All COD orders will be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically.

🚫 Non-Acceptance / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery:
  • You may be blocked from placing future COD orders.
  • We reserve the right to cancel COD service for repeat offenders.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • COD orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days and delivered within 5-10 working days, depending on your location.

🛑 Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to collect and pay for the parcel.

For quicker service, we recommend prepaid orders with free shipping on ₹699+.

Return and Refunds:

We accept return and refund requests only if the product is found to be defective, damaged during transit, or missing. In such cases, it will either be replaced with a new piece or refunded. To process your request, a complete, unedited unboxing video is required, recorded from start to finish without any cuts. The video must clearly show the outer packaging, your address label, the inner contents, and the product received. In exceptional cases, we may accept returns for other reasons; however, shipping charges will apply.
