How much are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹699. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are delivered within 5–10 days from the date of purchase, including processing time. While most orders arrive within 7 days, some may take up to 10 days.
Return and Refunds:
We accept return and refund requests only if the product is found to be defective, damaged during transit, or missing. In such cases, it will either be replaced with a new piece or refunded. To process your request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory—recorded from start to finish without any cuts. The video must clearly show the outer packaging, your address label, the inner contents, and the product received. In exceptional cases, we may accept returns for other reasons; however, shipping charges will apply.
